For Parents & Athletes
This community is here to support growth, learning, and confidence for every pitcher. To keep the space productive and positive, please follow the guidelines below when posting.
Guidelines for Parents
Parents are encouraged to participate, ask questions, and support their pitcher’s development.
Parents SHOULD post about:
- Questions about their daughter’s development, progress, or workload
- Concerns about confidence, mindset, or emotional challenges
- Clarification on training plans, drills, or expectations
- Navigating team dynamics, coaching communication, or game situations
- General questions not covered in the FAQ
Parents SHOULD NOT:
- Criticize or compare athletes (including their own) to others
- Post negative commentary about specific coaches, teams, or organizations
- Share private details about other players or teams
- Attempt to “coach over” the platform during athlete-specific discussions
Reminder: This space is for education and support—not judgment or comparison.
Guidelines for Athletes (Pitchers)
Pitchers are encouraged to be active, curious, and confident when posting.
Athletes SHOULD post about:
- Questions about drills, mechanics, or movement pitches
- Situations they experienced during games or practices
- Mental challenges like nerves, focus, or confidence
- Wins, progress updates, and personal goals
- Video clips (if allowed) for feedback and learning
Athletes SHOULD NOT:
- Put themselves down or apologize for asking questions
- Compare their progress to teammates or opponents
- Criticize coaches, teammates, or umpires
- Share private or emotional situations better handled offline
Reminder: Questions mean you’re learning. There are no “bad” questions here.
Community-Wide Expectations
For everyone:
